Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

If you have chosen to postpone your event (wedding day, event, function) due to the current health crisis, we completely understand. At KhishaniMUA, we are willing to work with you during this time to help reschedule things for you. There is no fee or penalty to transfer any deposits , booking fees or payments to a new date. Please note that if you have chosen to cancel your booking and have paid a deposit/booking fee, this amount is non-refundable. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if needed. Please do keep in mind that your appointment time has been kept available just for you. This means that we have declined other appointment requests due to this. Please be mindful of this if you need to cancel your appointment.
Postponement or Cancelation:
All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your service booking date or you will be billed the full amount of services agreed upon your booking confirmation. All fees paid are non-refundable. If something happens beyond your control which might affect your ability to attend your appointment, it is understandable but is requested/required that you advise us as soon as possible. Cancelation fee exemptions can be discussed and you will be notified if you do not need to make a payment.
Late or No-show:
If you are running late or are lost please contact Khishani via the provided number that will be in your confirmation email. After 5-10 minutes you will be contacted. If we are unable to contact you after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and a cancelation fee will apply.
You will be contacted via email on the week of your appointment to reconfirm, follow up and for any preparation that may be required. It is important for you to check your email and to also notify us if there are any issues with your booking. We will need you to confirm all personal details such as full name, contact number, address, date and time of your event and location (if we are traveling to you). Please note that all client and customer information and personal details are kept confidential/private. They are solely for the purpose of business account keeping and for the KhishaniMUA & Beauty Services client database. Information is not shared with anyone/any company or any other website. We however may send your information on our current specials, announcements and promotions, if you choose to receive them by subscribing to our website (if you agree upon your appointment).
If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian will be required to make your booking and deposit payments on your behalf. If you have parental permission to make the booking/payment yourself you may do so.
For all mobile services that require us to travel to you will have an additional travel/call out fee added to your quote. Costing will vary according to the chosen location. Additional fees such as an early morning fee will apply for all bookings before 8am. If an assistant is required for group/bridal bookings, you will be notified if we require an additional fee, which you will be notified in advance. We will require a set up table/work space for when we travel to you. A high chair or bar stool is requested, however if you do not have one please notify us in advance so that we may bring our own with us on the day. We will be working with electrical equipment when doing hair so we will require access to electrical outlets for the artist/s to use on the day. Lighting, whether natural or by lights are necessary for the services to be performed properly. We will bring our lighting equipment, however still require proper lighting to perform our services. KhishaniMUA & Beauty Services will not be held liable for any injuries that may arise on location. Please remember to also wear something loose and easily removable (such as a button down shirt) so that you do not affect your hairstyling/makeup after your service whilst getting dressed.
All costs for travel out of Sydney bookings are to be paid by the client. Costs may include, but not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation and parking.
The makeup/hair or beauty service will be completed to our client’s satisfaction within the booking time frame. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and want all of our clients to walk out looking and feeling beautiful and completely happy with their service.
A 50% deposit is required from all hair & make up, makeup and eyelash extensions clients. This is a standard procedure for all of our bookings over $80. We require you to do this upon request 3 weeks before your appointment to the provided details once you have booked in. Once you have done this we require you to notify us and send us a screenshot of your payment. When this is completed your appointment is 100% locked in for your requested date and time. This is also required for trials (bridal and non-bridal). These deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable (however exceptions are made due to COVID-19 and/or if discussed with Khishani). We do not accept cheques. The remainder 50% can be paid on the day via bank transfer or cash. EFTPOS payments may be made available as of December 2020.
All equipment, makeup brushes, tools and makeup products are thoroughly sterilised after every client. Skin conditions and allergies should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application. KhishaniMUA & Beauty Services are not liable for allergic reactions if allergies are not stated prior services. We will assist in the removal of make up if (on the unlikely occasion) of reactions. The products we use have been tested to work on all skin types. Most of our products are vegan and are all cruelty free.
KhishaniMUA & Beauty Services reserve the right to take photographic or film records of any of our makeup applications, hair styling or other beauty services. We may use any such photographs or videos for promotional and/or commercial purposes for the business - with the client’s consent.
The Right to Refuse Service:
Should a member of KhishaniMUA’s team feel uncomfortable, threatened or verbally abused in any way, they will have the right to leave the premises without completing the service. If a service is performed in the KhishaniMUA beauty studio, you will kindly be asked to leave. If a client has an open wound or a skin condition that could be infected or unsanitary, the artist has the right to refuse services to that client or infected area. Should a client arrive exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, their temperature shall be checked and based on the severity of their condition, will be asked to leave the studio for concerns of the safety of the KhishaniMUA team.
Shop KhishaniMUA Beauty:All customer information is attained safely and is kept confidential. No information including credit card details, will not me distributed, duplicated or saved (post-sale, unless you chose to do so for making future purchases with us).
KhishaniMUA & Beauty Services' 'Chamoe La Rose' Bath Milk is made up on natural, organic and certified ingredients. Please refer to product info and/or jar for full ingredients list. This product cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.
Chamoe La Rose:
Our 'Chamoe La Rose' Milk Baths are hand made in Australia. At this point we are only delivering within Australia. Our Milk Baths are made from natural, organic and certified ingredients that are all listed on our product jars. Our ingredients have been tested on all skin types and have shown no reactions of any sort. However, if you experience any, we recommend that you discontinue use as with any product that irritates or reactive with your skin. Our ingredients have been carefully selected to nourish the skin and provide our customers with great results. Reviews on our products can be seen under our 'Shop' tab below each individual product. Due to hygiene reasons we do not take exchanges or refunds on our milk baths. If an item is damages during transit we are not responsible. Shipping on our products will generally take between 3-7 days. Due to Covid-19 there may be delays in your package arriving. When purchases are made we will send you a confirmation email. An email will also be sent once your order has been shipped. If you wish to make changes or additions to your order you must contact asap.
